CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

1 cup Heavy Cream

1 tsp. Instant Coffee

5 Tbsp. Instant Cocoa

1-2 Tbsp. Cognac or1 tsp. Pure Vanilla

2 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar

1 iSi Creamer Charger

Mix all ingredients well.  Pour into iSi canister.  Insert an iSi creamer charger and shake vigorously 8 to 10 times.  Serve well chilled.  Garnish with shaved dark chocolate and a cherry.
